Our clinics are a great place to get started if you are interested in the track. No experience is required!

Women’s introduction to track clinic - 5/11

Are you interested in track cycling or racing, but not sure where to start? Consider attending our popular annual Women’s Introduction to Track Cycling Clinic. This clinic is for our women, trans, femme, and non-binary community and will introduce the track bicycle, velodrome basics, proper track etiquette, and will feature mock track racing, training techniques and group riding skills.

This clinic is led by Francine Haas, a category 2 track racer with multiple state and masters championship titles and medals

The Women’s Introduction to Track Clinic will take place on Saturday May 11th:

What to bring - helmet and cycling shoes, track bike with pedals, appropriate cycling gear.
Track bikes are available (bring your own shoes and pedals).

No USAC license required.

We have bikes for loan if you do not yet own your own track bike. You must provide your own pedals and helmet.


monday night STRUCTURED CLINICs - 5/6 through 8/26

Monday night structured clinics officially begin on May 6th and run all summer long (excluding Memorial Day) until August 26th

These clinics are a great place to get started if you are new to track cycling or an experienced racer looking to get a good workout in. The session with an introduction trackside for all participants then lead a group warm-up followed by a training session consisting of structured drills and simulated racing. It's a great workout for riders of all abilities!

Clinics this year will be run by a rotating selection of coaches; full schedule to follow.

Cost: $10

Requirements: Helmet & track bike (a limited number of loaner bikes are available for use at the track, if you have your own pedals you are welcome to bring them for the loaner bikes)

This is a great place to start if you are a category 5 racer looking to upgrade to cat 4. In fact, if you attend four of these clinics, you will be eligible to upgrade to cat 4. 

We have bikes for loan if you do not yet own your own track bike. You must provide your own helmet. You can bring your own pedals.

TUESDAY night OPEN training - 5/7 through 8/27

Tuesday nights are open training nights, perfect for more experienced riders who have specific training plans or riders who want to ride on their own. These are not structured clinics. 
Track bikes required.

Cost: $10, registration online at registration.erv.veloreg.com
Time: 6-9:30 pm (riders are free to come and go as they please)
